Marie Link is an Immigrant from Scotland and is a living example of the “American Dream”. Through family values, perseverance, and hard work she has created a life in California that she loves.

When she was only a “Wee Lassie” Marie’s father obtained a job in the United States and moved the family from their home in Scotland to Illinois. It was a huge change and tough at first, but would provide them all with more opportunities in the future. After a few freezing winters there they got transferred to sunny California. Everybody liked this a lot more and Marie has never left.

After finishing school, getting married, and having a couple kids, Marie and her husband purchased their first home in 1990. They still own the home to this day. They spent many happy years in that home and even had one more son there. Around this time was when Marie started working in the Real Estate Industry. She started off working in the lending business and eventually got her Real Estate Broker’s License.

Having a California Real Estate Broker’s License complimented her Husband’s career as a General Contractor very well. Over the years, Marie and Brad have purchased and rehabbed several homes throughout the Central Valley and Mariposa. They also bought a couple pieces of land in Mariposa and built their “Dream Home” there. They were fortunate enough to be able to do the same thing for their parents on a neighboring property.

In 2016 Marie went back to work as a Loan Consultant for iMortgage which eventually merged with Loan Depot. Her boys also just started their careers as REALTORS and were successful with another company in Mariposa County. After a couple years of this they all figured they were crazy not to be working together as a family. This is when the three of them formed Tri-Link Realty in early 2018. It has been very exciting journey ever since!!! Marie, Bradley, and Eric have very different life experiences which gives Tri-Link Realty a very diverse set of skill sets and makes them a very strong team.

San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, and the Central Coast has been the family’s favorite spot to vacation for many years. They never really imagined moving there until one day while exploring Montana de Oro Marie found an amazing lot for sale in Los Osos. Fast forward a few years and not only did she purchase that lot, but with the help of her husband and family built a brand new home! Marie’s main passion is California Real Estate, but she also enjoys hiking, kayaking, biking, and trying new restaurants in the area whenever she has free time.

Bradley Link has been around the Real Estate industry his whole life, been a REALTOR since January of 2016, and has never lived outside of California. To him the most important part of his job is protecting his clients interests throughout their transaction.

Having grown up with both parents working in the housing industry, Bradley is familiar with more than just Real Estate sales. Him and his brother Eric, also a REALTOR, were brought along to help and/or watch while Mom and Dad rehabbed several properties and turned them into rentals when they were young. When the parents bought some land in Mariposa and started building their “Dream Home”, the boys put in a lot of hours and learned a lot about what it takes to create a home.

During summer breaks from school and into his 20s Bradley worked for his Father’s construction company which framed hundreds of homes throughout the Central Valley. This experience has been invaluable when assessing homes with his clients. Watching his Mom do loans and be a Real Estate Broker inspired Bradley to get his California State Real Estate License. That did not take long and soon he was a licensed REALTOR® in California. The boys started off working for the top company in Mariposa County and they had an amazing mentor as the first broker that they worked under. They will always appreciate the knowledge passed down to them in those first couple years.

Fast forward to 2018 and that is when Tri-Link Realty was created. It is very exciting for the whole family to be working together again and building something for themselves to be proud of. With Bradley and Eric handling most of the sales and Marie as acting broker things are moving fast and the future is looking very bright. Although our main areas of focus are Mariposa, Merced, and San Luis Obispo counties. In his free time Bradley enjoys spending time with family and friends, good food and drink, the outdoors, and sports. On his days off you could find him out paddling in Morro Bay, hiking through Yosemite National Park or just about anywhere in between. He is also a HUGE golf fanatic and one of his favorite things to do is play new courses. He has played all the way up and down the West Coast and has even made it to the “Home of Golf” in Scotland.
